WordPress 2 - Visual Quick Start Guide by Maria Langer & Miraz Jordan

This is extremely useful book. I used Blogger platform before and I was new to WordPress. I wanted to develop this site using WorldPress 2.2. I didn’t want to go through the WordPress website docs to get all my questions answered. I also wanted to host WordPress on my server. This book will show you step by step how to set up WordPress and keep going.

All the instructions and examples are very easy to follow and plenty of screenshots are available. There are many useful tips on almost every page. Author made excellent arrangement of chapters so that you’re not overwhelmed by all the new information and terms. Author also displays short-keys that applies in both Windows & Mac OS whenever applicable.

Wow~!!! That’s right~ Wow~!!! Excellent book for anyone in the sales industry. No, let me rephrase that. Anyone in any type of business period~!!! The cover said it all - “The Ultimate Sales Resource” This book will boil your blood and pump positive energy into your brain. I’m serious.

You don’t need start reading this book from the chapter 1. Just jump in anywhere and you’ll click right away. This book is very fun to read and follow. You’ll say “aha~” almost every page. Excellent book. A must read.

I’ve got the flash cards that came with the book. But I’m now sure the newer book (published in 2007) comes with the flash cards. Newer version has some updates about internet marketings and etc. Let me know if you purchase the latest edition book.
