It’s a good idea to send or deliver a gift after close of escrow. But what kind of gift? This is always tough question. One of my favorite gift for the buyers or renters are stamps. That’s right USPS stamps. It’s a great gift, you know why? When I see a BIG smile on my client’s face, I know for sure, that’s a great surprise gift. They’re not expensive. You take pictures of the new home, kids, pets or their cars and order few sheets of custom printed stamps. As soon as they move, your clients need stamps to mail. They can use them or collect them. They can mail a open house invitation with these stamps. Gift doesn’t have to be expensive, it just needs to be useful with little twist of surprise.
