He must be pretty good salesperson to be doing it for 32 years. I don't agree with the percentages nor that this is the best time to buy right now. Because his profession is to sell houses, I think that is a standard sales pitch is "Today is the best time to buy!" You never hear a sales agent say I would wait to buy or sell.
