!!!~Warning~!!! WP-DB-Backup does not back up your theme files, plugins, uploaded images, or any other blog content or configuration files that are not part of the database above. You can use FTP software to back up your entire site by downloading it from the server to your computer. You should back up your entire site at least once a month.
